My first study was approved!

The study I'm going to run, focused on creativity in industry, was approved by the IRB! This is my first official study in academia. The process was extremelly painless and pretty informative, which I gather is because the research isn't with an at-risk population and collects only information (as compared to blood...) I'm excited to get started with this. Go team.
